Sauna and Steamroom Appreciation

Some go to the gym for the cardio machines, classes, weights,or pool, I like to go for the sauna and steamroom. After a long day of drudgery, it's nice to promise myself a trip to the gym to improve my health and overall well-being, even if that means working out for 30 minutes, hitting the sauna and steam room for an hour, then showering and primping for another 30 minutes. While steaming away, I composed a list in my head of the benefits of these rooms.

1)Boosts Immunity

The hot air warms the body and simulates a fever, causing the immune system to work harder.

2) Eliminates Toxins in the Body

Dirt and grease are flushed out through sweat, the heat induces a more rapid blood flow, thus stimulating healing from the outside in.

3)Stress Reduction

It's almost as if you could feel the negativity exiting your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and your muscles relaxed.

Welcome. May I suggest that you elaborate more so that readers become more appreciative of the article. Also longer articles (400 or more words) look better to the eyes of search engines
